The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.

3. Hosting (IONOS)

We host our website with IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit our website, log data (IP address, browser type, timestamp, etc.) is automatically collected on IONOS's servers.

Legal basis: Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with IONOS.

4. Contact Form and EmailJS

When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide, are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry.

Use of EmailJS:
For the technical transmission of form data, we use the service EmailJS (EmailJS.com). Your data is encrypted and transmitted to EmailJS servers, briefly processed, and forwarded to us by email.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Third-country transfer: EmailJS is a US-based provider. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure a level of protection in accordance with GDPR.

5. Lead Forms via Meta (Instagram/Facebook)

We run ads on Instagram and Facebook through which you can send us a demo request via a lead form ("Instant Forms"). When you submit such a form, we receive the data you entered (e.g. name, email address, company, industry) from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Meta") and process it solely to handle your request.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request).
  • Meta's responsibility: Meta is (jointly) responsible for collecting the data in the form and for delivering the ads. Meta's privacy policy applies in addition. Meta may transfer data to third countries, relying on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Retention: We delete the form data as soon as it is no longer required to handle your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This website itself does not use a Meta pixel or any tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Request information about your data stored with us (Art. 15 GDPR).
  • Request correction or deletion of your data (Art. 16 & 17 GDPR).
  • Object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR).
  • Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
